Dr. Mohsin Sulaiman Al-Aamri is an independent expert in forensic DNA and criminal evidence. He holds a PhD in forensic DNA analysis from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, and has extensive experience in the analysis and interpretation of forensic DNA evidence, forensic laboratory management, and the evaluation of technical and procedural practices in complex criminal cases.
He has been registered as an expert with the International Criminal Court (ICC) – The Hague since 2016 to the present. Dr. Al-Aamri has previously held senior leadership and advisory positions within regional and international forensic and security institutions, in addition to designing and delivering specialized training programs for legal and security agencies.
